Return & Refund

At SweetCarry, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your phone case or makeup bag, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note the following guidelines:

  1. Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  2. Return Authorization: Prior to returning the item, you must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

  4. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, size, or style, please indicate this when requesting your RMA number. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label for the item and expedite the process to ensure a prompt replacement or refund.

  7. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  8. International Returns: For international returns, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
