Shipping Policy

The most important thing to know

Every SweetCarry item is personalised and made to order. That means there's a production period before your order ships — your item is being embroidered specifically for you, not pulled from a shelf.

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Please factor this in when ordering, especially for gifts and special occasions.

Once your item is embroidered and ready, it's handed to our shipping partner and you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Remote and regional areas: Delivery to some regional and remote postcodes may take additional time beyond the estimates above.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your parcel through to delivery.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at sweetcarrycontact@gmail.com and we'll look into it straight away.

International shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery timeframes vary by destination; we'll provide an estimate at checkout.

Delivery issues

Lost parcel: If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbours and your building's parcel area. If it's genuinely missing, contact us within 3 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged in transit: Take a photo of the packaging and item and email us at sweetcarrycontact@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Wrong address: If you've entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us immediately at sweetcarrycontact@gmail.com. We can update the address before dispatch, but cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. Re-delivery fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Mother's Day & peak season orders

For Mother's Day 2026 (11 May), order by 25 April to guarantee delivery in time.

During peak periods, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Production slots fill up and courier networks get busy — earlier is always safer.
